This website does not store your data

There is no database behind this site and no form-handling service. The booking form runs entirely in your browser: when you press the button, it assembles your details into a message and opens WhatsApp with that message ready to send. Nothing is transmitted to this website, and nothing is retained by it.

This is a deliberate choice. Patients here are often describing sensitive ano-rectal complaints, and the safest place for that information is not a web server. You are never required to describe your problem in order to get an appointment — the form has a “prefer not to say” option for exactly that reason.

What happens once you send on WhatsApp

Your message is delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy terms. The clinic then holds your message as it would any other patient enquiry, and uses it only to arrange and provide your care. Your appointment is entered into the clinic’s records system by staff so that your booking and your clinical notes stay together.

Clinical records

If you attend the clinic, a clinical record is created and kept confidentially as part of your treatment. It is used for your care and is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. If analytics are added later to understand which pages are useful, this page will be updated first.

Your rights

You may ask what information the clinic holds about you, ask for corrections, or ask for your records to be deleted where there is no legal or clinical obligation to retain them. Write to swasthiayurvedamailbox@gmail.com.
